Project Assistants The Henry Ford Museum & Greenfield Village is seeking two candidates for the part-time position of project assistant for the conservation survey of the film negative collection. This conservation assessment project is funded by an IMLS grant for the period January, 1999- January, 2001. Assistants will work under the supervision of the paper conservator and in conjunction with the curator of the photographic collections. The candidates should be graduates of a conservation training program or have equivalent experience. Detail oriented, reliable individuals with a strong background or experience in photography, good oral, written communication, and organizational skills. Some knowledge of chemistry and computer literacy preferred. Archival processing knowledge would be an asset. The ability to work in a team based environment is essential.
