The Library of Congress Conservation Division, Preventive
Conservation Section is seeking to fill immediately several
temporary openings for Phased Conservators.  The new staff will
focus primarily on the rare and special collections addressing
collections issues, rehousing, fabrication of protective enclosures,
and minor treatment.  The openings are for 6-months at the GS-5
($21,421 per annum) and GS-7 ($26,532) levels; renewal will be
dependent on availability of additional funding.   The positions
offer excellent pre-program experience.  For further information
