Online courses on digital imaging

For a project with our State Archives, I've been learning about
digital imaging.  There is a lot of good information on the Web, but
the single best resource has been the Kodak site [which has a]
section of training courses.  For digital imaging the courses are:
digital imaging fundamentals, digital color theory, and desktop
imaging systems & issues.  Each course has five modules, with great
text and pictures (and a mini test at the end).
