Workshops on book repair

In answer to Lisa's inquiry about the Johns Hopkins workshops on
book repair: there has not been a series of workshops at Johns
Hopkins for a number of years. For the past two years Johns Hopkins
has offered workshops in conjunction with the Potomac Chapter of the
Guild of BookWorkers, but these were on specific topics.  I suggest
you contact the various library networks in your area to see if
there are repair workshops.  AMIGOS, SOLINET, and a number of other
such regional and state library cooperatives do offer repair
workshops.
