Workshops on book repair

Could anyone recommend a fairly inclusive workshop on book repair,
including such things as spine repair, phase box making, pamphlet
making, paperback stiffening, etc.  It should be hands on and
beginner to intermediate level. Johns Hopkins used to do one, do
they still provide this 2 day workshop?
