Conference on architectural drawings

The Department of History, Library Conservation Unit and University
Archives of the University of Dundee announce a two day conference

    Where To Draw The Line:
    Investigating the production, interpretation, selection and
    preservation of architectural drawings
    25th and 26th March 1999.

A conference focusing on the accession, interpretation, use and care
of architectural drawings and photo-reproductive prints. Speakers
will present papers on the cultural and technical interpretation of
drawings, their selection, appraisal and conservation treatment.
Discussion and debate will be encouraged between specialist groups.

The event will be held in the conference facilities of the
University of Dundee. Accommodation will be available on campus.
