When we were looking into freezer space a few years ago we came upon
the same concerns - in our case it was fish freezers in Gloucester,
etc.  We were told, however, that were we to put plastic trash bags
in the boxes and then seal them up tight with the materials in them
that that would suffice. You might mention this to those concerned
and see what their reaction is. I think that it has to do with FDA
regulations.  You may need to put the whole box in the trash bag as
