Conditioning silica gel

I would like to know the best oven to use for conditioning silica
gel. More specifically, are there any ovens which were designed
specifically for this task?

We have an exhibit that will need a lot of silica gel, so a small
toaster oven would not be very time or cost effective. Any comments
or insight would be greatly appreciated,
