Communication of conservation information

Further comments and corrections on my comments about access to
conservation articles (a note from Ann N'Gadi (Misspelling my
fault)):

    "If you do go to the BCIN page there are two places to find
    information on the intro page: one is contributors (which just
    lists contact information) and the other is document delivery
    (which lists the policies for the different contributors to
    BCIN).

    "I am actually not part of the Smithsonian Institution
    Libraries--I am separate from SIL and part of SCMRE (CAL)--the
    Technical Information Section.  BCIN gives the SCMRE/CAL shelf
    numbers not SIL shelf numbers (these numbers need to be included
    for any requests)."
