RAP web site moved

The Regional Alliance for Preservation (RAP), formed in February
1997, is a demonstration project to foster communication and
resource sharing among preservation field service programs.  The
project had two initial goals:  to jointly publish and distribute a
newsbrief, and to mount a shared web site.

While RAP explores options for continuing the alliance beyond the
pilot stage, the web site will be housed on the SOLINET server.  The
new URL for the site is <http://www.solinet.net/rap/index.html>.
