Pete Jermann, preservation officer for the Friedsam Library at St.
Bonaventure University, began researching adhesive binding
techniques ten years ago in order to develop efficient rebinding
structures for use in a small in-house library binding and repair
unit. He has published a study on book structures in "New Library
Scene" (August, 1994).

Workshops will be held in the Conservation Department, 108 Kreiger
