A Photography Instructor is required by the Art Conservation
Program, Department of Art at Queen's University, commencing
September 1998, to teach a one-term course in technical photography
entitled "Photographic Technology in Conservation".  Topics to be
covered include:

    Use of small and large format cameras (35mm and 4x5)
    Studio and darkroom practice
    Radiography
    Other specialized techniques e.g. UV and IR photography
    Introduction to digital imaging techniques.

Applicants should be professional photographers familiar with the
objectives of documentary photography for paintings, paper and
artifacts. Prior teaching experience would be an asset.
