Horology reference books sought

I am doing some research on early methods of working brass as
applied to horological objects. A friend of mine has turned up two
works but I have no idea where to obtain copies of them. Would any
of you have any suggestions?

    1778 Chambrier [no forenames]. Memoire sur le laiton, published
    in the journal Memoires de la Societe etablie a Geneve pour
    l'encouragement des Arts &c., et de l'Agriculture and 27 pages
    in extent. "A memoir on brass with reference to its use in
    horology".
