Teslin Synthetic Printing Sheet

Does anyone have information on a new product called Teslin
Synthetic Printing Sheet manufactured by PPG Industries, Inc.  This
product is being marketed as a substitute for paper.  A colleague at
the Kentucky State Library is interested in any information
pertaining to the characteristics of the material bearing on its
permanence for use in the Kentucky County Clerk's office (for deeds,
mortgages, etc.).
