Double-sided tape

Do any of you know if there is an acid-free or archival ATG (double
sided) Adhesive tape available?   Especially rolls that will fit
into the 3M Transfer Gun.  I can only find one Scotch brand tape
which is not acid free and yellows.  I want to use  this tape for
attaching watercolor paper to museum board and also to attach double
mats to each other.

Also, if such a product is available, do you know if it is
reversible?
