Pyroxylin

I am doing research on pyroxylin paint media that D.A. Siqueiros
frequently used. This media can also be called nitrocellulose or
duco paint. At the moment I am gathering information on other
people's observations on pyroxylin degradation like flaking,
formation of cracks, darkening, etc. Also any reference to
conservation treatments carried out on this material will be very
valuable for my investigation.
