Phase box rivets

To add another supply source for rivets: The New York Public Library
has used more than 500,000 rivets of the following specification
during the past ten years for its protective enclosure operation.

The rivets are solid brass with a nickel coating to prevent
corrosion of the brass.  They are used in a C-3 foot press with an
appropriate anvil.  Plating cost is $150.00 per lot; purchasing in
significant quantities achieves substantial cost savings.
