Deacidification test kit

I am looking for a supplier of a kit which can be used to measure
the strength of magnesium bicarbonate deacidification solutions. I
know of one suitable kit sold by Taylor Technologies of Maryland,
USA, however the quoted cost of transportation to Australia makes
it's purchase untenable. So I am really looking either for an
Australian supplier or agent, or an overseas supplier who can
deliver at a reasonable price.
