Halon and cellular phones

Is there any record of cellular phones or walkie-talkies causing
Halon systems to discharge? If so, does anyone have any ideas on how
to prevent this from happening (besides the obvious but imperfect
solution of banning the use of cell phones within a radius of x
units of measurement)? Thanks in advance,
