Patricia Miller of the Illinois Heritage Association requested
information on the conservation of plastics.

An excellent resource which includes the conservation and
deterioration of plastics are the proceedings of a Conference
Symposium '91 - Saving the Twentieth Century in Ottawa, Canada,
Sept. 1991.  The book has been published by the Canadian
Conservation Institute, Ottawa, Canada in 1993. It is entitled
"Saving the Twentieth Century:  The Conservation of Modern
Materials".
