Vacuum cleaners

I found an article written by Helen Alten in the Upper Midwest
Conservation Association newsletter on "Vacuums and Dust" from the
Summer 1995 (612) 870-3120.  It discusses testing done by Consumer
Reports on vacuums in the January 1995 issue pages 43-49. Hope this
