Bookbinding terminology

In Cons DistList Instance 10:35 I pointed to a sub-page om my
web site where a drawing of the Otabind-method should occur.
Unfortunately I made a mistake in the HTML-code so 40 visitors were
not able to see it. I want to apologize for this and thank Tom Brown
(University of Hawaii Library) again for discovering and reporting
the mistake. Now the bug is fixed, so if anyone is still interested,
