Sue Dunlap <sdunlap [at] acs__wooster__edu> writes

>My acquisitions manager asked me what the term "otabind" means.

Sue Dunlap inquires as to the meaning of "Otabind." A relevant
piece appears in the February, 1988 issue of The New Library Scene,
vol. 7, No 1, pages 11-15. The piece is authored by Professor Werner
Rebsamen of RIT.

A similar type of binding process was developed by Pete Jermann of
Saint Bonaventure University. He calls it the "adhesive
quarter-joint binding"
