Military museum conservation policy

This request is being posted for a friend who is not currently
enrolled on the Cons DistList. The Base Borden Military Museum is
currently in the process of developing several policy documents;
among them a conservation policy. The board has been able to decide
upon a loans policy and a collections policy but has been unhappy
with all of the previous conservation, and other, policy
submissions. We are hoping that someone would have some current
military museum conservation and other policies or know of some
texts that may be useful in the writing of these policies. Could you
please forward any ideas or copies of policies to the following
