One source of information is Epoxy Technology, Inc., 14 Fortune Dr.,
Billerica, MA 01821  (800-227-2201).  They manufacture a material
called Epo-Tek 301, a low viscosity, optically clear epoxy for use
with glass, fiber optics, etc.  I have used it in restoration of
stained glass windows and found it very effective.
