     conservation requirements, the needs for proper storage, care

     materials to be conserved and implement an action plan for

     equipment and supplies, including proper physical containers to
     house collections in all formats to assist in the preservation
     of at-risk materials. To encourage and support evaluation and
     remediation, where needed, of physical facilities housing
     library materials in multi-type libraries. To develop

     including staff training, microfilming/ reformatting, shared
