Preservation action plan

The Library's Preservation Librarian has recently resigned. The
Library Director has requested the Preservation Department's staff
input into developing a Preservation Action Plan for the next three
to five years. We have recently reviewed the ARL Spec Kits and would
appreciate any information, resources, etc. that anyone would be
willing to share on this subject. Thanks.
