Dulux paint

I am searching for any information regarding conservation of
artworks painted with Dulux water based paints. I am working on
1974 external mural. According to the author's record several layers
of materials were used:

    *   hessian over marine ply

    *   surface modelled with gesso

    *   two coats of flat white Dulux

    *   underpainting of powder pigment mixed in clear Dulux

    *   glazes of powder pigment mixed in clear Dulux

The painting has some surface scratches and losses dip to the gesso
layer.
