I used few times the British Museum formula, it works very nice
especially when you have a problem of very dry leather, thought, you
must know that it tends to darken the leather so I would suggest
first to check the effect and amount of darkening of the skin on a
small scale before the final application, you can find instructions
how to prepare the formula in the good old Plenderleith book it is
simple and economic as well.
