Russian paper supplier

I am posting this message for a colleague who desires to replenish
her supply of a paper which she obtained several years ago while
working at the Grabar Center in Moscow.  The paper resembles
cigarette paper.  It is thin, but very stiff, and displays a
pronounced directional shrinkage when drying, a property that she
exploits when consolidating flaking paint with fish glue.  She would
appreciate knowing of any sources for this or a similar paper.
