Fixative for ink

I have received a query from a Polish colleague who asks about a
product for fixing inks called "SANDOFIX WE".  She says she has read
about it in the literature (no specifics given) and that it is "not
harmful to cellulose." I have never heard of the stuff, but from the
name, it sounds like a commercial formulation.  Does anyone know
what this is and who manufactures it?
