Margaret Byrnes receives award

The Louis Darling Medal, given for outstanding collection
development, has been awarded to Margaret Byrnes, who manages the
preservation program at the National Library of Medicine.  Margaret
received this honor at the recently concluded Medical Libraries
Association conference.
