Source for papyrus

Several people have responded with hints on getting finished
papyrus, but none so far not the raw materials. The papyrus plants
are fairly popular in southern California.  A nursery ought to be
able to provide plants, or the information necessary to get some.
You could also try contacting the horticulturist at UCLA.  I'm sure
that person would be able to give you information.
