Conservation training opportunities

I am currently studying for an MA in the Conservation of Fine Art,
specialising in Works of Art on Paper, at the University of
Northumbria, Newcastle, England. During the first part of the summer
vacation I will be doing a placement in a museum in New York. I
would also like to gain some further experience in Central America,
as near to Honduras as possible. However, so far I have been unable
to track down any paper conservation studios in Central America and
I would be extremely grateful to hear from anyone who knows of any
and that might also be willing to take me on for a few weeks.
