Mold

Can anyone suggest a treatment for the removal of black mold stains
from prints and drawings? This question comes from someone not on
the list whose collection has recently been damaged following a
heavy flood. Black mold spores cover several watercolour prints. It
has been suggested that the spores being protein based might be
removed using an enzyme.

Could enzymes be used, would a protease be best suited and can
anyone suggest articles on the use of modern enzymes (liquid amylase
and protease)?
