Varnish for exterior oil painting

I received a call from someone looking for a varnish with UV
protection for exterior oil paintings in Florida.  Has anyone used a
varnish made with Regalrez or Arkon outdoors.  One suggestion that I
was given was Golden's MSA Varnish, but the conservator was not sure
if the UV protectant was strong enough.  Of course, for outdoors in
Florida there may not be one strong enough.  I would love to hear
any suggestions.
