An acrylic adhesive backed felt is available from Benchmark PO Box 214 Rosemont, NJ 08556 USA They have several 'museum related' colors in stock for sale. Perhaps the maker of this felt has your color. The use of acrylic instead of wool felt makes the material more inert. The adhesive has been tested by Benchmark for its stability. A catalog is available from them which includes this product; a color card is also available for the asking. This company sells mount and installation materials and equipment.
