Felt

Can anyone suggest a suitable source for a felt or similar
soft-furnish fabric which might be used to provide a decorative
(preference for a maroon or red colour) background for displaying
duplicate or non-essential copies of archive material to the public.

The fabric needs to be coloured and though the material placed upon
it will not be original my understanding from the Museum for whom I
am making this enquiry is that some of the items are not easily
replaceable.
