Workshop evaluation

SOLINET Preservation Field Services is planning a workshop follow-up
program, to provide participants with ongoing information and support
as they try to put into practice what they learned in the workshop.
This program will also provide us with a long-term, ongoing mechanism
to evaluate workshop effectiveness.  I would appreciate any
information or resources on similar projects, as well as samples of
short and long-term evaluation and follow-up forms.  Please send
samples directly to me.
