Plextol B500

In an effort to update technical information on file can anyone
provide information pertaining to the use of the acrylic emulsion
Plextol B500, used by some conservators to consolidate wall
coverings. Has the product any other uses, how is it applied, what
are its strengths or weaknesses, I would appreciate details.
