There's a pretty good description of the kind of polyester book/dust
jacket Mr. Jermann speaks about in a Northeast Document Conservation
Center Technical Leaflet, "Bounds Materials--Polyester Film Book
Jacket"; this seems to have been authored by Richard W. Horton,
February, 1991.
