Storage cases

Does anyone out there have any experience with flat files or similar
storage equipment manufactured by Mayline Company with AKSO 895
baking enamel finishes? These are distributed at present by
Crystallizations Systems, Inc. The manufacturer claims that the
finishes have "absolutely no tendency to 'outgas' or emit volatile
components after their initial baked cure cycle in [the] production
oven. This series of enamels...are thermosetting finishes that cure
quickly and to completion in the presence of high heat (200 deg F
plus)."

If not, does anyone have any experience writing purchase order
specifications for these kinds of equipment so that there is some
recourse with the manufacturer if the product turns out not to be
satisfactory for long-term preservation storage? Please share your
thoughts with me if you've been down this thorny path.
