This forum will focus on issues influencing the selection of materials for digital conversion. What are the characteristics of materials which lend themselves to scanning? What anticipated uses of materials are enhanced by scanning as a reformatting option? Speaking from case studies of current scanning projects, the following panelists will explore related issues and suggest preliminary answers to these fundamental questions.
