Bookbinding equipment available

Due to continued interest in two presses I have designed and built
for use in my own bindery, I have formed a small business, TeMPeR
Productions, and am now offering these presses for sale.  These
presses are the Casing Press and the Fan-gluing Press.

The Casing Press is a lightweight, portable press designed
specifically for the in-house binding and repair needs of a
contemporary circulating collection.  Raised-edge boards are
integrated into the press for pressing a grooved hinge joint.  These
boards can be reversed when the raised edges are not needed.  The
Casing Press is designed for bench top use but with an optional
stand can also be used off the bench.  The stand also allows the
press to be used face up for finishing and, with optional backing
boards, backing operations.

The Fan-gluing Press is an aligning device for the production of
fan- glued bindings. The Fan-gluing Press provides a means of
aligning loose leaves at the spine edge, clamping the loose leaves
and rotating the aligned edge into position for fanning and gluing.
