Hinge repair for circulating books

Gwen Gregory posted a note about hinge repair for circulating collections.  I
have used a strip of cambric with pva for circulating collections that will
probably be weeded or discarded in the relatively near future.  One person who
might want to comment on this as well is Nancy Schrock who has done significant
work on public library circulating collections in recent years.
