Paper clips

Ann Pat Smith posted an inquiry regarding paper clips. One of the
problems that plastiklips have generally is that they tend to crimp
the paper on which they are used. I see two options, although I
personally do not know the makeup of the second one so I have
concerns about it. The first one is to use stainless steel clips
with a piece of alkaline paper folded over the top of the papers and
under the paper clip. The other, of which I am uncertain, is the
rubber/plastic covered metal clips. With this option I would be a
bit wary until we were able to learn more.
