Fire suppression systems

Currently, where do we stand in regards to preferred fire
suppression systems for microfilm storage vaults?  Before posting I
checked CoOL and found storage recommendations and a listing of fire
suppression preferences in the Erich Kesse citation.  Halon 1301 was
second choice and wet-pipe sprinklers last.  Considering the fallen
state of Halon (this is still a serious inquiry) in most of the
literature, is it still "favored" in microfilm storage vaults? Thank
you for any documentation you may be able to offer.
