Bookbinding training opportunities in Europe

Is anyone in Europe aware of any vocational or certified modular
training courses for bookbinders.

I find it remarkable that this important historical craft seems by all
accounts to be being allowed to die in Europe as Training Institutes
drop courses from their syllabus. Where do we expect the bookbinders of
the future to come from.Is this problem unique to Europe?
