NEH Preservation and Access application deadlines

This is a reminder about the new annual July 1 deadline for all
applications to the Division of Preservation and Access at the National
Endowment for the Humanities.  Because July 1 falls on a Saturday this
year, proposals for preservation of library and archival materials,
intellectual access to collections, the United States Newspaper Program,
and the National Heritage Preservation Program must be postmarked by
July 3, 1995.  The division's staff is prepared to discuss ideas for
projects and read draft proposals.  Drafts should be submitted 6 to 8
weeks before the application deadline.
