Erasers

From: Claudia Stall <cstall>

I stopped using both Scum_X and opaline-type erasers due to their
abrasive nature except very special cases. Most items are either left
alone or a Magic Rub is *very* gently applied. Recently, I discovered a
"dirt eraser" made by Absorene. It is vulcanized rubber, a sponge-like
product. It leaves no discernible residue, chemicals, etc. A light
swipe takes dirt and dust from book pages and covers. Really works well
on loose dirt and powdery leather marks. It seems to trap the dust
rather than make it airborne. I am rather allergic to dust and this is
important to me.

Anyone else have experience with this product? Any problems?
